A foreword in one of Richard Carlson’s books described his series as a phenomenon, "reminding us with simple brilliance of what it takes to rise to our best and what we need to do to enjoy a life beautifully lived.” I believe this is what I am here to do - to help people do...“To live a rich life and have a large impact; To help create a world where we are happier, healthier, braver, and kinder.“

The Problem with Therapy

The problem with therapy that it keeps us in the same field of energy. When we talk about our challenges and what currently plagues our life, we get to understand them better. But the the transformation stops there. Once we are brought back to neutrality, most of us miss out on the true change we are seeking for in life. Things like love, peace, soul-purpose, and happiness from within.

What separates those who stay in therapy for years and those who go on to lead happy, prosperous lives, is learning how to move from neutrality to inner wisdom. Because the truth is everything we need is within us, and when we learn to access it life starts to move toward creation, using our gifts, and feeling our highest-self every day.

Staying in therapy is like staying in the energy of what we believe we are fighting. Don't get me wrong, I've had therapy myself and have experienced the benefits. My life got better. But I myself didn't transform. I didn't actually change how I was being in the world.

It wasn't until I found coaching that I experienced healing and enlightenment. I moved from being informed to creating my own life at will; from being subject to human experiences, to loving them for what they gift.

Therapy is important because it meets us where we are at. But once you've gotten what you need, it's time to introduce new energy into your life. (One of the most powerful is Love, which is why when we are with someone we love, we feel like a new person).

Don't feel like you need to stay with your struggles. Their purpose is to help you see higher potential within yourself.

Becoming isn't a matter of being ready; Its a matter of knowing.

Love, Jules
